Ingredients
For Paneer sticks
12-15 paneer cubes
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2-4 skewers

For parsley rice
1 cup boiled rice
3 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp salted butter
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste

For Garlic veggies
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp garlic flakes
1/2 cup steamed veggies of choice
Salt to taste

For fryums
1 medium potato
1 medium onion

For extra veggies
1/2 tomato
1 cup spinach
1 tsp chopped garlic
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

For butter garlic sauce
Dash of oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp cornflour
1 cup water

Cabbage leaves as under liner
Butter as required for the smoke

Method:
– Toss the Paneer with oil, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper and salt. Marinate them.
– Put them in a wooden skewer. In a pan, heat oil, place the paneer, potatoes, onions, along with tomato. Remove the paneer once done.
– Sprinkle salt over the vegetables. Grill the vegetables. Add garlic and spinach leaves along with salt.
– Reserve the vegetables once nicely grilled.
– Heat the sizzler plate on a medium flame.
– In a pan, heat oil and add garlic along with boiled vegetables. Give it a toss. Add salt and pepper.
– For parsley rice, in a pan, add butter along with boiled rice, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix them well.
– In order to avoid the sizzler assembly burning, place cabbage leaves over the sizzler plate and one by one start assembling the items.
– Oil a mold and pat rice in to it firmly. Reheat the vegetables before placing them.
– For butter garlic sauce, add oil in pan along with butter, garlic, water, salt and pepper. Add cornflour mixed with water. Allow it to thicken.
– Move the sizzle plate on the block of wood and add the butter garlic sauce over it.
