Ingredients for this recipe :

1. Fenugreek leaves {Kasoori methi} – 1/2 TBSP
2. Onions {Pyaaj} – 3 Large [Diced cut]
3. Ginger {Adarak} – 1 Inch
4. Garlic {Lahasun} – 6 to 7 Cloves
5. Tomatoes {Tamaatar} – 5 to 6 Large
6. Cashew nuts {Kaju} – Handful
7. Sugar {Chinni} – 1/2 TSP
8. Paprika powder {Shimla mirch powder} – 1/2 TBSP
OR
Deggi mirch powder – 1/2 TBSP
9. Coriander powder {Dhaniya powder } – 1/2 TBSP
10. Turmeric powder {Haldi} – 1/2 TSP
11. Salt {Namak} – To Taste
12. Green chillies {Hari mirch} – 2 [Chopped]
13. Dry red chilly {Sukhi lal mirch} – 1
14. Bay leaves {Tej patta} – 2
15. Cinnamon stick {Daalchini} – 2 Inch
16. Black cardamom {Kali elaichi} – 1
17. Green cardamom {Hari elaichi} – 2 to 3
18. Water {Paani} – 2 Cup
19. Butter {Makhan} – 2 TBSP
20. Oil {Tel} – 1 tbsp
21. Deggi mirch powder – 1/2 TSP
OR
Paprika powder {Shimla mirch powder} – 1/2 TSP
22. Cottage cheese {Paneer cubes} – 250 Gram
23. Fresh cream – 1 TBSP
24. Charcoal
