Tips:
When searing the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, don’t move the Chicken too much otherwise it won’t get the perfect sear that you see in my video.
In order to get restaurant style juicy chicken, brine it in 1/2 a gallon of water with 3 tbs of salt, 2 tbs of sugar, 1 tbs of cayenne pepper (Chili Powder) for 12-24 hours in your Refrigerator. This extra step would give you the most juiciest and tender piece of chicken.
