-1 Shallot or 1/2 Small Red Onion
-6 to 7 Cherry Tomatoes
– 1 Lime
-1 tsp Smoked Paprika
-1 tsp Cumin Powder
-1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
-1 tsp Oil
-Cilantro
-Salt to taste
