Ingredients
1 gem lettuce
100 gram baby spinach
100 grams blueberries
1 pear chopped in cubes
1 kiwi chopped in cubes
1 avocado peal and chop in pieces
A bit of fresh coriander
1 lemon
150 gram of prawns
A bit of Parmesan cheese (shave)
3 tbl spoon olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Half tea spoon of turmeric
Couple of dry chilli peppers
1 tbl spoon of butter for cooking
1 tbl spoon of olive oil for cooking
A pinch of smoked paprika
A pitch of black pepper
PS. You can add or take ingredients (put apple instead of pear or other berries as you wish)
Preparation
Cook the prawns in a frying pan for 5 min. With chopped garlic, paprika and turmeric in olive oil and butter. Put this on the side to cool down.
Now, was all the ingredients, break the lettuce leaves in to a bowl and add the baby spinach, add berries, pear and kiwi (chopped in cubes), peal and add the avocado chop it in small pieces, add the prawns with its sauce, shave the Parmesan cheese, add lemon juice and chop some coriander.
Add some olive oil and pinch of black pepper.
