Ingredients
200 gram of rice (payela or risotto rice or also you can use budding rice)
350 gram lamb mince
Half tea spoon ground cumin
Half tea spoon paprika
Half tea spoon turmeric
1 egg for inside of the meat mixture
1 egg for the coating to fry
5 table spoon of milk
3 table spoon of flour
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Preparation
Boil the rice with a bit of water. Take extra water out. When it’s cooled down then add the mince, egg, turmeric, paprika, ground cumin, salt and pepper. Mix them with a spoon.
In a separate bowl 1 egg with 5 table spoon of milk, 3 table spoon of flour, whisk it well.
Put some oil to frying pan. Take the mince mix make balls and dip them to egg coating dip and put the frying pan. Repeat the process. Fry them until they get amber colour, make sure mince cooked.
PS. You can add onion and parsley – fry it and cool it down and add to rice mince mixture and mix them all together.
Serve it with potato chips or some other vegetables and salad.
