Hi guys

For this recipe you will need :

1.5 – 2kg oxtail
1 meduim onion chopped
2 beefstock cubes
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
80g tomato paste
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon Turmeric
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

I recommend you cook with atleast 3 cups of water and top up when you see fitting .

If at the end your sauce is too sunny , thicken it with knorr Brown onion soup
