These red potatoes are thinly sliced & are roasted to golden brown perfection, then topped with lots of mozzeralla cheese. An easy yet impressive side dish that pairs perfectly with chicken,beef & perfect with a nice steak

4 red potatoes
Salt & pepper
Paprika
Heavy cream
Grated mozzeralla cheese
Parsley flakes
