Jerk Chicken: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 1 hour (flipping twice)
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (hot and spicy or mild)
Olive oil
Johnnys Seasoning Salt
Paprika
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Cayenne (optional)
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients making sure to thoroughly rub in the seasonings and sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator. Bake on a wired rack for at least 1 hour at 375 degrees Farenheight, flipping at least once
Collard Greens With Smoked Turkey Tails ( 3 hour cook time on medium-high heat)

Ingredients:
1 2lb bag of Collard Greens
2 packs of turkey tails (8 total tails)
2 sweet onions
1 red bell pepper
Apple cider vinegar
White Vinegar
Roasted Chicken Better than Bouillon
Minced Garlic
Water
Johnnys Seasoning Salt
Black pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Cayenne (optional)
Black Beans And Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice (washed)
4 cups of water
1 sweet onion
2 14 oz cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
Roasted Chicken Better than Bouillon
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Cayenne (optional)
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil for (3 minutes), Add Garlic (1 minute), Season, Add rice and mix, Add Water, Better than Bouillon and black beans, Taste and add more seasonings if needed, Bring to a boil, Cover, Turn the heat down to low heat (2-3) and cook for around 18-20 minutes (Stir halfway through and watch it to make sure the rice is not overcooking.
You can garnish this dish with cilantro if you want
