OVEN BAKED FISH
INGREDIENTS:
1 Large bass (or any whole fish you prefer) (tilapia, red snapper)
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp chili powder or smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion sliced
BAKE 500F (260C) for 25 min
serve with rice
