I oven bake chicken when I run out of oil to deep fry or when am trying to cook more healthier meals.

Let me know what you think of this recipe.

Ingredients for the marinate.

1 tbsp of vinegar
3 gloves garlic
Ginger the size of one glove of garlic
Raw chili
Salt

For flour mixture.
1/4 cup or 3tblspns Self rising flour
1tblspn paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin(optional)
1 teaspoon coriander(optional)

1table spoon oil

 I used these for a 1/2 to 3/4 of a broiler chicken
