This Zucchini Stew is not only super delicious! It’s also a one pot meal and made so easily!

The recipe makes about 4 servings.

Here the ingredients for this easy one pot meal:

– 3 normal or 2 big zucchinis (about 900g-1kg/31.7-35.3oz)
– 1 yellow bell pepper
– 6 sausages (about 370g/13oz)
– 1 medium onion
– 1 heaped Tbsp. tomato paste
– 3 level Tbsp. sweet paprika powder
– 400ml/13.5fl oz beef broth
– some oil (neutral)
– ½-1 tsp. salt
– some pepper

And to top the zucchini stew:
– 50ml/1.7fl oz heavy cream
– or some creme fraiche cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt
