One Pot Vegan Pizza Pasta Recipe

This pasta is so easy and soooooo delicious, you will not be able to stop eating it 🙂

The recipe is for 3-4 big servings.

✦ Ingredients:
1 red onion
5 garlic cloves
5 vegan hot dogs
1 cup vegan grated mozzarella cheese
1 big can (about 800 gr) crushed tomatoes
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tbs brown sugar
Pinch of dry chili
Black pepper
2 tbs nutritional yeasts
250 ml (1 cup) soy creamer
1.5 cups water
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs tomato paste
500 gr dry short pasta
Fresh spinach
1/2 cup pitted & sliced green olives
Fresh basil
Vegan Parmesan
