INGREDIENTS:
8-10 PCS OF CHICKEN LEG & THIGH WITH SKIN
3-4 POTATOES CUT IN QUARTER PCS.
MARINATION:
VINEGAR- 1 TBSP
OREGANO – 1 TSP
PAPRIKA – 1 TBSP
CRUSHED RED CHILLI – ½ TBSP.
GARLIC POWDER – 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER OR CRUSHED – 1 TSP
CHICKEN POWDER – ½ TBSP.
CUMIN POWDER – 1 TSP
BROWN CANE SUGAR – 2 TSP
DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES – ½ TSP
LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
SALT- 1 TSP OR TO TASTE
WATER – 1 TBSP
OLIVE OIL- 1 TBSP
INSTRUCTIONS:
WASH THE CHICKEN AND PLACE CHICKEN PCS AND POTATOES TOGETHER IN A BOWL.
MIX ALL MARINATION IN ONE BOWL AND FORM A SAUCE.
ADD THE MARINATION IN CHICKEN AND POTATOES AND MIX THEM ALL WELL TOGETHER.
LET IT REST FOR 30 MINS.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 375F
PLACE THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND POTATOES IN A BAKING TRAY AND BAKE THEM FOR 45-50 MINS ON 375 F. THEN BROIL ON HIGH FOR 2-3 MINS.
GARNISH WITH SOME FRESH PARSLEY AND SERVE IT HOT!
