So I’m inviting and encouraging you to give this recipe a go! It is a family favorite and staple in our household for fall, it’s so good one year I added it to my Christmas dinner dishes and everyone loved it! So I definitely know it’s a winner! Ingredients:

4.5lbs Ground Chuck 80/20
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1 large onion chopped
1 large green bell pepper chopped
1 large red bell pepper chopped
6 garlic cloves chopped
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chicken base powder (optional)
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 cup crushed croutons or breadcrumbs
Sauce:
Ketchup
Hot sauce (optional)
Worcestershire Sauce
Dijon Mustard
