INGREDIENTS:
3 Pounds of chicken wings
1/2 Cup Cayenne pepper
6 TBSP Garlic powder
2 TBSP Black pepper
2 TBSP Salt
6 TBSP Paprika
6 TBSP Onion powder
4 TBSP Brown sugar Divided into 3 parts … using majority of it into the mixture with the buttermilk .
4 Cups Buttermilk
FLOUR MIXTURE:
1 cup flour
2nd batch of seasoning mixture
OIL & SEASONING DRIZZLE:
3/4 cups of the oil you used to fry the wings in
The last batch of the seasoning mixture
