Ingredients:
– 2 medium onions
– 4-5 small size super hot peppers
– 10 – 15 medium size mild or sweet peppers
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 tbsp rosemary leaves
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 3-4 tbsp apple vinegar
– 4 tbsp olive oil
– 2 lemon juice
– 1 lemon zest
– 1 tsp salt
