In this Weber Demomstartion i will be showing you how to make the best Nando’s tasting peri peri chicken and chargrill on your weber q or weber genesis 2.
Recipe :
Marinade
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Crushed Chili’s
1 small red chili pepper
1 small yellow chili pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons Paprika
Handful Coriander
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Sweet Yellow Pepper for sweetness
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 Bottle of Nando’s medium marinade to build up sauce
