Met dit recept maak je makkelijk een lekkere naanpizza met paprika en mozzarella. Met een naanbrood als bodem is een pizza maken kinderspel.

Ingrediënten voor 4 naanpizza’s:
– 4 afbak naanbroden
– 2 bollen van 125 gram mozzarella
– 500 gram roma-tomaten (of 70 gram tomatenpuree)
– 8 blaadjes verse basilicum (of 0,5 theelepel gedroogde)
– 1 gele of rode paprika
– mespuntje zout
– versgemalen zwarte peper
– 1 theelepel gedroogde oregano
