Spiciness: This curry is pretty mild. The heat comes from the paprika, ground pepper, and ginger. Since the Jalapeno peppers were intact (it did not pop or burst open), it isn’t spicy but adds a spicy aroma to it. If you cannot handle spicy at all, decrease or omit these spices. If you LOVE spicy, you can add more Jalapeno peppers or a hotter chili pepper of your choice.
