Another mouth-watering recipe. This is one of the most requested bread recipes of my kids. It’s so soft, cheesy & crispy. I always have a good feedback whenever I’m making this one, so you gotta try it & see for yourself.
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup or 250 ml evaporated milk or fresh milk (room temp)
1 medium egg (50-65g)
2 ¼ tsp or 7 g of instant dry yeast
¼ cups or 60 g white sugar
3 ¼ cups or 406 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp or 5 g salt
4 cloves garlic (grated or finely minced)
2 tsp mixed dried herbs & spices – -**I prefer using Italian seasoning, oregano, chili flakes, parsley, rosemary, basil, paprika, salt & pepper – – just a dash from each herbs & spices mentioned or whatever is available in your pantry, you can always adjust the measurements to your taste preference **- –
¼ cup or 55 g softened butter
For the Cheesy Filling:
2 tbsp or 11 g parmesan cheese (save some for toppings)
a handful of mozzarella cheese
a handful of cheddar cheese (grated or thinly sliced)
For the Garlic-Butter Mixture:
4 cloves garlic (grated or finely minced)
2 tsp mixed dried herbs & spices – – **I prefer using Italian seasoning, oregano, chili flakes, parsley, rosemary, basil, paprika, salt & pepper – – just a dash from each herbs & spices mentioned or whatever is available in your pantry, you can always adjust the measurements to your taste preference **- –
¼ cup or 55-57 g softened butter
a pinch of fresh coriander
**Bake in a preheated oven @180°C for 10 minutes then reduce to 150°C for another 5-7 minutes
