Geräucherter Speck 200g

In Streifen schneiden

50 ml Olivenöl in einen Topf geben

Speck darauf anbraten

500g Rindfleisch

In große Stücke schneiden

Mit Speck anbraten

Nehmen Sie 2 mittelgroße Zwiebeln

Schneiden und zum Fleisch geben

Karotten 1 Stück in halbe Ringe schneiden

Dann nehmen Sie 1 Peperoni und 3 Knoblauchzehen

In dünne Scheiben schneiden

Zu Fleisch und Gemüse geben und weiter köcheln lassen

Salzen und mit Paprika, schwarzem Pfeffer, Basilikum und Koriander abschmecken

1,5 Liter Wasser hinzufügen und bei mittlerer Hitze 30 Minuten kochen lassen

300g Kartoffeln

in kleine Würfel schneiden

150g Spargel

In 2 cm große Stücke schneiden (Sie können es auch gefroren verwenden)

100 g Babybohnen, in kleine Stücke geschnitten

100 g Sauerrahm und 1 Esslöffel Mehl vermischen

Und zur Suppe hinzufügen

Dann den Saft einer halben Zitrone hinzufügen

Umrühren und weitere 10 Minuten kochen lassen

Einen Bund Koriander hacken

Koriander in die Suppe geben und noch 1-2 Minuten köcheln lassen
