“Ultimate One-Pot Stew Chicken Rice Recipe: Flavourful & Easy Cooking”

Let’s get started. A whole chicken. Season generously with Peri peri seasoning, all purpose seasoning, grounded pimento, smoked paprika, garlic granules and ginger paste. Marinate for 30 minutes, once the chicken is nicely browned, remove from the pan the saute some bell peppers, spring onion and thyme. Add 1 Tbsp Ketchup and 1 tbsp sugar (optional) sauté for another minute then add the chicken to absorb the flavours.
Pour in a cup of coconut milk and a cup of water and bring it to a boil. no add the mix vegetables and a bowl of small basmati rice, stir in everything together this will infused the the rice with an incredible taste , to enhance the flavours don’t forget to add some herbs, and spices of your choice like fresh thyme or bay leaves to elevate your stew chicken rice to a whole new level.
Cover the pot and let is simmer on low- medium heat for 20-25 minutes allowing the rice to cook and absorb all the delicious flavours.
Finally it’s time to reveal our masterpiece, carefully remove the lid and be prepared to be blown away by the delicious aroma. The chicken is tender, the rice is soft, fluffy and perfectly cooked, and the flavours are…. Absolutely incredible.
Serve with some coleslaw for extra deliciousness. This one- Pot Stew chicken rice is a complete meal that will have the whole family asking for more.
