Moth Dal – 1 cup (250gms)
Mustard Oil – 4-5 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger n Garlic (Crushed) – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 1 large
Green Chilli – 1 medium
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 ½ teaspoons
Red Paprika mild – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
Fresh Coriander – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Salt – 2 teaspoons (According to taste)
