– 900g Chicken Breast cut into thin slices
– 3-4 Garlic Cloves crushed
– 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
– 1 tbsp Onion Powder
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 1 tsp Cumin
– 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
– 2 tsp Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
– 1 Lemon Juiced
Fries
– 800g Raw Potatoes cut into fries
– 1 tsp salt, pepper, oregano, paprika
– 2 tsp Olive Oil
Garlic Sauce
– 200g Low Fat Greek Yogurt
– 75g Light Mayonnaise
– 1-2 minced Garlic Cloves
– 1/2 tsp salt, pepper
– 1/2 Lemon Juice
Crunchy Slaw
– Thinly cut Cabbage
– Grated Carrots
– Lemon Juice and Salt

Important Cooking Notes
– Marinate the chicken for as long as possible, overnight for best flavours
– When layering the meat make sure they donโt fall to the sides. You can use a regular baking dish to layer on
– Bake the fries in the oven for 25 mins or air fry for 15 mins at 200C
– You can prep the garlic sauce and crunchy slaw in bulk in advance and store in the fridge for multiple days
– When the chicken is cooked, let it cool down then use a sharp knife to cut into thin strips and serve
