rice Vaniger 1tsp
corn Starch 1tbs
honey or brown sugar 1tsp
pepper flakes 1tbs

vagetable and others for Stir-fried :
oil and butter
paprika mix- red yellow green
onions
garlic
ginger
spring onions
Salt
chicken bollion 1 tbs
