Greetings! Here is the main course to go a long with those AuGratin potatoes! Butter broiled fish just like my mom used to make when I was a kid! This really couldn’t be simpler. Use the fish of your choice, I have chosen Tilapia because that is what I had on hand, but you can use any thin filet of fish you prefer. Mom used to use Orange Roughy, Dover Sole, Flounder, Fluke and even Spot and Striped Bass would be good this way.
I have simply sprinkled on some fish rub, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash and an absolute must, Paprika. Popped that under the broiler for about 10 minutes and dinner is done!
I love to cook fish this way because it is so quick, and flavorful and low on work!
