Mini PIZZA Absolutely amazing taste. Try the Mini pizza recipe. Sausage, cheese, and paprika. Perfect for parties or tasty snacks. Make Your Own Mini Pizzas

Warm Milk 38C +/-
Dry Yeast 7g
Sugar 2 tsp.
Leave for 10 min

Flour 330g +/-
Salt 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 30g

Add yeast mix
Add more flour if need it
Dough a little bit sticky
Keep the dough in the oven 30C-50C / 1h

Tomato souse 3 tablespoons
Mixed herbs, Garlic granules

Sausage 3
Paprika (small piece)
Oil
Egg Yolk + Milk 1 tsp.
Mozzarella cheese 150g
Oven 180C/ 12min-14min
Melted butter 15g
