Ingredients (normal):
2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp ground garlic
1 tbsp ground ginger
3 tbsp paprika
2 pcs of kalamansi
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
10 pcs chicken parts
Cooking oil
