500g minced meat
6 tortilla wraps
250g paprika slices
2 spoons tomatoe paste
1 glas cream
200g feta cheese
100g gouda cheese
salt, pepper & paprika
Fry the meat in a hot pan and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. Add the paprika slices when the meat looks good and stir a few minutes. Give the tomatoe paste to it and stir. Now add the cream and stir a few minutes. Lay a wrap in a spring form and coat it with meat mix crumble feta on it and a bit gouda cheese. Now make layers to the top like this. Give him a nice top layer. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for 15 minutes. Now remove the spring form and enjoy a piece.
