Mid week and not in the mood to make a meal for the evening?
Here is a quick and easy meal idea with few ingredients š
Ingredients:
– chicken drumsticks ( as many as you need)
– Chilli powder or Smoked Paprika
– Coriander Powder ( only if you have a taste for Indian food)
– cream or Yoghurt, just a couple of spoons
– Salt to taste
How do I make this?
– Wash the drumsticks in running water , you may want to remove the skin ( I like it so left it on)
– Make cuts using a sharp knife and lay out in a big plate
– Sprinkle salt , chilli powder ( or smoked paprika) one teaspoon
– Add coriander powder and Everest Tandoori masala ( not essential)
– Pour yoghurt or cream over it
– The most important part, mix it nicely using your hands and leave it for half an hour
Now to the cooking part
– Take your air fryer and lay down the drumsticks , spray some oil on top of them
– Set temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and 20 min timer
– Take out after ten mins and turn them around
Voila you have lovely drumsticks that will go really well with some green salad..
