– warm milk – 500 ml;
– flour – 6 tbsp. with a slide;
– vegetable oil.
Very tender pancakes are obtained. Use your imagination for the filling. Both sweet and salty will do!
2. Pasta for lunch with ricotta and basil.
Ingredients:
– tomatoes 5 pcs;
– tomato paste;
– dried basil;
– garlic – 2-3 cloves;
– fresh basil
– pasta;
– Cherry tomatoes;
– ricotta.
3. For the second chicken thighs in soy sauce and a salad with crispy eggplant.
Ingredients:
– 8-10 chicken thigh fillets;
– 6 tablespoons of soy sauce;
– 1 tbsp tomato paste;
– 1.5 tsp sugar;
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika;
– 1 tsp paprika;
– 1/2 tsp dried garlic;
– 1 pinch of pepper;
– 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Bake chicken thighs at 180° for 45-50 minutes.
4. Salad with crispy eggplant!
Ingredients:
– 300 g of eggplant;
– corn starch;
– 200 g of tomatoes;
– 1 bunch of fresh cilantro;
– cottage cheese;
– balsamic sauce;
– salt.
This salad will definitely be a novelty on your table!
5. Baked fish with mozzarella for dinner.
Ingredients:
– fillet of white fish;
– ketchup;
– onion;
– cottage cheese;
– tomatoes 2 pcs;
– mozzarella;
– salt pepper;
– greenery.

6. Potato gratin for garnish.
Ingredients:
– potato;
– butter 50 g;
– flour – 1 tbsp;
– milk – 250 ml;
– your favorite spices;
