‣‣ Ingredients:
– Cucumber
– Tomatoes
– Feta cheese
– Hummus with paprika powder on top
– Tzatziki Sauce
– Red onion
– Black olives
– Green vegetables
‣‣ Preparation:
1. Cut vegetables julienne style (red onion, cucumber and yellow bell pepper) and the tomatoes, black olives and feta in regular pieces or by half.
2. Place a wrap tortilla on a plate.
3. Spread a tablespoon of hummus and a tablespoon of tzatziki.
4. Add the salad, cucumbers and diced tomatoes
5. Add the black olives, the feta cheese and the chopped the onions
6. Add a little more of tzatziki on top of the wrap.
7. Roll up the wrap and now it’s ready to eat or to be refrigerated to be eaten in the next day or two.
