Ingredients used:
5 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
3 bell peppers
1 onion
1 lemon w/ zest
whole fat yogurt (roughly 2 cups)
Abdullahs curry powder seasoning (eyeballed)
Abdullahs chicken shawarma seasoning (eyeballed)
salt (eyeballed)
pepper (eyeballed)
chilli powder (eyeballed)
paprika (eyeballed)
garlic paste (optional)
cilantro greek yogurt dip (kabob dipping sauce)
Grill:
Preheat the grill to 250-300 degrees. I used a cast-iron skillet to let the chicken cook thoroughly before tossing it on the grill for a crispy finish. 25-30 minutes cooking time. Serve over buttered basmati rice, salad, and hummus.
