YOUTUBE, THE MEATLOAF!!!!! lol Today Elizabeth, Ariana and I are going to be hooking you guys up with two awesome recipes! First one is very simple low carb meatloaf. The other will be Elizabeth’s amazingly delicious loaded mashed potatoes!😋 We really hope you enjoy this video. Meatloaf Recipe:

2 pounds ground beef (at least 80/20 or higher)
1 cup half and half or milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons almond flour (or breadcrumbs if allergies)
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands (clean hands!). Form meat into a loaf shape on a baking dish. Bake uncover for about 45mins-1hr. Last 10 minutes of cookings brush ketchup on top and bake for remaining last 10 mins. Once removed from oven LET MEATLOAF REST FOR AT LEAST 10 MINS!

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds potato peeled and cooked
1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3-4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

In large pot boil water. Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water until soft. Drain potatoes and add to large bowl. Add all other ingredients and combined well. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Best part, put both on plate and enjoy!!
