What I used in my recipe
Meatball:
1lb Veal
1lb Beef
1lb Pork ( I used Italian Sausage removed from its casings)
2 Eggs
Italian Bread Crumbs
Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Pepper, Salt
Sautéd Onion and Spinach
Sauce:
Sautéd Onion and Shalott
San Marzano Tomatoes (Hand Crush Them or With a Spoon)
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 Degrees F.
After rolling the meat into balls, place in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
I didn’t follow a recipe too much, more ingredients wise. Then played it by ear. Overall I am happy the way it turned out. It’s good!
