800 g chicken white meat
4 tsp (30g) seasoning spices
350g (2 cups) of yellow peppers
350g (2 cups) red peppers
600g (2.5 cups) eggplant
Juice carton (23 x 10 x 7 cm)
4 wooden sticks (soak in water before use)
Grilled meat dressing (BBQ)
METHOD
Prepare a cardboard of juice, cut off the top of the cardboard. Cut white meat, peppers, eggplant. Arrange the meat, spices and vegetables in a cardboard box, put four barbecue sticks and leave the cardboard in the freezer for 2 hours.
Leave the meat for 20 minutes at room temperature, then take it out of the cardboard and cut it into 4 parts.
Heat a frying pan or grill and roast the meat with the addition of BBQ topping.
