Day 5 of no oil added and feeling fantastic! Currently I’m following a lot of what The McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss shares. I also wanted to share today my overall journey of a 55 lbs weight loss but what I’ve been eating too, so make sure to watch all the way through!
I’ve included some photos and also what my liver enzyme blood tests have reported. Lots packed in this short video!

Breakfast:
GF Banana Oats (serves 2)
– 1 cup of old fashioned GF oats
– 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
– 2 very ripe bananas mashed
– 1 tsp of vanilla
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 1 tsp of cinnamon
Bring everything to a boil besides the oats, once boiling add the oats and cook for about 10 mins. I found this was a little more liquidity because of the added bananas, if you want a thicker oatmeal, add less of either the banana or milk.
Lunch:
Large Salad & Leftover Black Bean Soup

Dinner:
Air fried potatoes, take already baked potatoes, chilled and cut into smaller pieces, cook in air fryer at 400F for about 20 mins or more depending on how crispy you would like them! I topped the potatoes with some smoked paprika. Then I steamed some cauliflower & broccoli and added the coconut aminos teriyaki sauce – https://amzn.to/36bE8eV. SO GOOD!
