This very simpol, juicy and flavorful roasted chicken is perfect for our Sunday lunch! This recipe will surely become your family’s new favorite lechong manok! Try this today, mga Ka-simpol!

INGREDIENTS

1 whole chicken, about 1 kilo
1 tablespoon rock salt
Black pepper
1 piece lemon

SET B
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 head minced garlic

SET C
Roasting Rack
Carrots
Potatoes
1 piece onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
