I love Hummus. It’s so healthy for you. This is so very easy to make.

What you’ll need:
1/3 cp Tahini
2 TBS Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
3/4 Sea Salt ( Optional)
2 Cloves chopped Garlic
1 Lemon, JUICED
1 Can Chickpeas, Rinced and Drained
In your food processor, combine Tahini, Olive Oil, Garlic, Ground Cumin and Lemon, and mix well.
Then add the Chickpeas and blend well for about 4 minutes until the mix is smooth.
You can always add a bit of water if you like to make it smoother.
Top with Paprika and a spritz of Olive Oil.
This will keep in fridge about 3-4 days.
