-ground beef 1 lbs (or turkey or tofu or whatever but it probably won’t taste as good without beef)
-rough chopped onions and green pepper (probably a cup of each)
-1 can of Italian tomatoes
-tomato juice (however much it needs, start with half a huge can and add more if it’s not moist enough)
-garlic powder & salt & pepper
*some people add mushrooms and those people RUIN A GOOD THING*
-half a box of elbow noodles. don’t over boil it like I do unless you like eating mush
brown your beef, onion, green pepper, spices. add tomatoes and juice. boil noodles. drain cooked noodles (did my mom use a cheese grater to drain it???) add to meat mixture. cook for 10 minutes or until everything is heated together.
fun fact, its like chilli, tastes better the next day.
yea, it’s simple but we (me+sisters) always screw it up.
