Making Gluten-Free Spicy Salmon Patties | Step by Step Recipe

Hey Everybody, hope all is well. Today I answered all the requests from my Instagram to make more nutritional videos, so I decided to make a new recipe. I got this recipe from fitmencook. I hope you enjoy, this was a fun one to make.

Recipe Ingredients:
1. 3 raw cut salmon, skinned
Spicy Rub Mix:
1.) 1 teaspoon garlic powder
2.) 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3.) 1 teaspoon dried oregano
4.)1 teaspoon dried thyme
5.)2 teaspoons smoked paprika
6.)pinch of sea salt & pepper
2.) 1 green onion stalk, finely chopped
3.) avocado oil

Recipe Instructions:
1.) Mix spicy rub together in bowl
2.) Mince Green onion and Salmon
3.) Mix together spices, green onion, and salmon.
4.) Mold together 3 patties.
5.) Put a little avocado oil on a pan (medium heat)
6.) Cook patties both sides 3-4 minutes.
7.) Serve on two mushroom caps with lettuce, tomato, and avocado (all optional)
8.) Enjoy!
