BEEF SHAWARMA RECIPE
Beef 🥩 400g ( thinly sliced)
Sausage 4
All purpose seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 tspn garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn smoked paprika
Pinch of salt

For the shawarma sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 lemon

For the filling I used
4 🥕 carrots
Half medium size cabbage 🥬
1 cucumber 🥒

The best kind of wrap to use is the flat bread or PITA
