Red Lentil Hummus
Use spices according to taste 🤤
1 pound bag red lentils
1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 small garlic cloves
Parsley for garnish
Olive oil
Lemons
Whole wheat pita bread bake for 5-8 min
Veggies: squeeze lemon juice on top for taste
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Cucumber
Carrots
Celery
Sesame Seed Paste (Tahini Paste) add little to the red lentil hummus
1 cup toasted Sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Garlic clove
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste (optional)
Blend in Ninja or food processor for 3-4 min or to desired consistency
Tip: Drizzle Olive Oil on top of the lentil hummus dip, sprinkle a little smoked paprika and garnish with the parsley💜
