Low Carb Keto Recipe: Easy Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls 

I’ve always loved Cabbage Rolls, but hate rolling them.  This Easy Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls is just that easy and unstuffed.  Super easy dinner that everyone will love.   

Low Carb Keto Easy Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls 

2 Tbsp Butter
1 lbs ground Beef
1/2 cup diced Onion
2 Tbsp minced Garlic
28 oz diced Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Italian Seasonings
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp ground Cumin 
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
1-10 oz bag shredded Cabbage
1-10 oz bag steamed riced Cauliflower

In a large pot or skillet, melt butter.   Add diced onions and saute until they begin to become translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.  Once onions start to become translucent, add ground beef.   Once ground beef has browned, drain off grease.   

After drained, add minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasonings, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.  Allow to simmer for 10 minutes then add shredded cabbage and steamed riced cauliflower and allow to simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
