Coffee-Rub
40 g Colombian Coffee Beans
3 tbsp Hungarian Paprika
3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Shrimp
1 kg Black Tiger Prawn Meat
1 dash Parsley
1 quart Lemon
2 dash Sea Salt
2 dash Black Pepper

Coffee-Rub
1 Throw all your ingredients for the rub in a food processor. Don’t let it run for too long though, as you don’t want to completely pulverize the Coffee Beans.
Shrimp

1 Put your shrimp in a bowl and add 8 Tbsp of the rub. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
2 Put a skillet on medium high heat and add 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil. Once hot, fry the Shrimp until pink.
3 Garnish with Parsley and Lemon.
