This soup can be served and enjoyed as it is or served over white or jollof rice or even spaghetti. This is soup is so amazingly delicious and filling. I don’t mind eating it 3 to 4 times a day without feeling guilty or anything.
For the list of ingredients you’ll need some:
* Chicken breast or use roasted chicken like I did
* 3 or more carrots
* Bell peppers as much as you want. I used two
* Spring onion
* Celery stalk with the leaves
* Cabbage. I used half of a cabbage
* Sweet corn
* Tomato ketchup or fresh tomatoes or even plums.
Now for the spices you’ll need some:
* 2 Teaspoon of paprika
* 1 Teaspoon of curry powder
* 2 Teaspoon of Aromat
* About 1 Teaspoon of thyme
* Add some chilli pepper as much as you can handle
* Then add about 2 to 3 tablespoon of the ketchup
* About 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
* Add salt according to your taste
