SWEET PORK LONGANISA INGREDIENTS:
800g Ground Pork ( 440g ground pork from the store + 360g Salted Pork belly or you can use 800g of ground pork from the store)
1 cup+ 2Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Paprika
3 tsp. Anato Powder
1 tsp. Salt ( or 3 tsp. if you are not using salted pork belly)
3 tsp. Ground Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce ( or you can use 3Tbsp. soy sauce)
1 Bulb Garlic
2 Tbsp. Water
