BROCCOLI CUTLETS / 213 kcal / Breakfast
INGREDIENTS
Broccoli 250 g
Salt
Bread crumbs 100 g
Cheddar 100 g
Herb mix ½ bunch
Garlic 2 cloves
Egg 1
Black pepper
Paprika
BAKE
200°C / 400°F
20-25 minutes
Sour cream 100 g
PREPARATION
Shred the broccoli, add some salt and drain the liquid.
Put the broccoli in a large bowl, add the cheddar, herb mix, garlic, egg, black pepper and paprika.
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
Serve with the sour cream and enjoy!
BACON AVOCADO SALAD / 430 kcal / Lunch
INGREDIENTS
Lemon juice / Olive oil 2 tbsp each
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt
Cherry tomatoes 6
Corn 100 g
Avocado 1
Bacon 6 slices
Cucumber 1
Mozzarella balls 7
Olives 10
PREPARATION
For the dressing mix the lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt and black pepper.
Place the cut cherry tomatoes in a large bowl, add the corn, chopped avocado, fried bacon, cucumber, halved mozzarella balls and olives.
Pour the dressing and stir.

CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS STIR-FRY / 218 kcal / Dinner
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chicken breast 200 g
Green bean 200 g
Cherry tomatoes 10
Pesto 100 g
Sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Fry the chicken breast pieces and add the green beans.
When slightly golden add the cut cherry tomatoes, pesto and stir until cooked.
Serve with the sesame seeds on top.

INGREDIENTS
Strawberries 8
Banana 1
Chia seeds 2 tbsp
Milk 200 ml
PREPARATION
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
