Another day in my life here in Australia! Today I talk about my journey into referring my body after a restrictive past, how I cut sugar cravings & my body scan! Threw in a couple awesome recipes as well 💕

Recipes:
Snickers Smoothie Bowl:
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 scoops choc soy isolate
1 tbsp PB
2 pitted dates(or use maple syrup)
1 cup soy milk
Small handful of ice
+ ur fav toppings (but make sure you use peanuts & PB) 😍
Split Pea & Ham Soup
500g split green peas
150g vegan ham, bacon or smoked tofu
1 onion diced
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 veggie stock cubes
1 1/2 – 2L Water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion Salt
